MICHAEL LEVINE OBITUARY Levine, Michael Jay Michael Jay Levine of Dallas, Texas died Thursday, November 12, 2009 along with his wife Romina Bossio-Mulloy and their son Ariel Sebastian. I have so many fond memories of Dr. Mickey and all of you. He is survived by : his wife Vivian Marcia Levine; his daughter Sandra Jennifer Levine (Thomas Edmund Martin); his grandchildren, Julian Lev Martin, Rafael Luis Martin and Mary Tolulope Ayegbusi; his siblings-in-law, Leslie Faye Marcuse and Norman Howard Engelberg; and his nephews, Benjamin Nathan Engelberg, Daniel Lewis Engelberg and Jonathan Wade Marcuse Engelberg (My-Linh Nguyen).
