It looks like a keeper for my recipe file. I sometimes make my own by oiling a brown paper bag with olive oil. I highly recommend it!

Lightly coat a large baking sheet with olive oil. I thought I had rolled it out paper thin maybe next time Ill poke some fork tines in it to give it more of a saltine appearance, and maybe that will help? A girl can dream, cant she. I am absolutely hooked and have made this dozens of times it takes about 15 minutes start to finish and Ive got the recipe memorized by now, so its really a no-brainer to make with soup, salad, anything.
